what can i do about it?
i think the wires are all in the right place, as the internet connection works for like 10 (20 minutes if i'm lucky) and goes off. i then have to re-set the modem and wait till the connection goes back. it's annoying and had this problem for months!!!
how, in different ways can i get my modem to work normally. i called BT and they said you need the white wire in the computer, the black one is, is that a problem? is there a website to show me how to do this? or was he talking crap!?
or is there another way to fix the internet connection!!! i need it to work normally!!!
