using the torrents?

i have been using torrent for a while. My question is that can I use both bittorrent and uttorrent on the same computer? If no, which is better to download torrents?

I use Azureus for torrent control, however before doing Torrents make sure you have virus control running, installed and updated definitions is a MUST!
(I've learned the hard way before - it ain't fun seeing the blue screen of death.)
