if i run everyday could i still have things like pizza,taco bell or...

it depends how fast and how long you run,but if you wan to lose weight no pizz is high in calories
 
You'll be the most fit, toned, athletic built person to die from clogged arteries-- but you'll look good- try throwing a salad in here and there-- maybe some yogurt and a banana-
 
You should be fine.
Make sure you eat fruit and nuts and stuff inbetween meals if you're peckish.
 
2 things matter first off are you running for at least 20 mins. and eating fast food is not to horrible as long as you are not eating a lot. just don't get full on it. just eat a portion to get you thur the day and you'll be fine
 
Yh you can aslong as you are exercising you can eat what you want. But remember everything in moderation. =]
 
Of course you can have them......

...........................but have more of dietary fibre.......like "DIGESTIVE MARIE"

u just fibnd out how many calories does Pizza u eat ,contains..and then work according to it...........to burn the excess calories.
