My ex lost in court and was told if he did so he would be responsible for court &

att. fees. How do I recoup? Not sure of the process.. my ex lost parenting time taking me thru 3 different courts. He was warned if he pursued and lost he would be responsible for my attorney fees and costs..My attorney told me I could do this myself and save attorney fees, but I'm not sure how to do this...Is this something to take to small claims court? or just file at the county clerks office? Any help would be great!thanks

your lawyer can file for the court fees owed by your ex. You can probably do the same depending on the amount in small claims court, although you may have to file in superior/civil court for them depending how much he owes you. Make sure you have all your lawyer's invoices and something from the judge showing that he said your ex would be responsible for paying your court fees.
