ok so it had this couple growing people in a garden like thing and once they were ready, they would show them this hypno-disk thing that would flash colors while putting a noose around their necks which was attached to an atv. then when the guy told her to, the lady would hang the people w/ her atv.

anothe scene had the lady and a younger girl out swimming w/ tubes. the lady then pulled out a box cutter thing and pretended like she had fallen off her tube and when the younger girl came to help her, the lady slashed her tube and tried to drown her. idk if she drowned her. this movie was on AMC a few nights ago and it's bothering me bc i can't find the name
