im 16 and looking for a moped since i dont have license yet and want to get a job and of course the gas prices! but i was looking at some traffic laws and it says i might need a class E license but i dont know what that is and i live in california can someone explaint o me waht that is and if i even need one? it says in most states a 49cc vehicle or smaller wouldnt need a license but i dont know what a 49 cc means lol please help!
