Earlier today I chatted with a Cingular Representative who helped me find the perfect phone for me. I loved getting that help from the representative provided. But now I have more questions. I'd much rather talk to another online than call. So my question is, how long do I have to wait before that "Would you like to talk to a Cingular Representative?" box pops up again?
