nokia unlocking code help please?

I am trying to unlock my sons Nokia, I have what i think is the correct code, however part of the code is a forward slash, and inputting he code on the initial screen, does not give you the option of using a forward slash, i've tried EVERY button, TO no avail

can anyone tell me what i am doing wrong, or how to do this please, it wont allow me to access the characters page to retrieve a /
