mute internet explorer only?

Hey there, I like to play games on IE like all other people do and sometimes these games have reallllly annoying sounds/music, with no mute button within the game.

Is there an application or program something I can do to just turn off sounds (without reloading webpage, and tools > advanced > uncheck play sounds from webpages, doesn't work) without reloading Internet Explorer because I'm sick of these sounds!
