    I have just come back from holiday and after 12 hours my ears have still not...

    ...cleared.? What can I do to make them pop and get them cleared.

    I always get the same problem ! I just keep holding my nose and blowing, sometimes it works but more often it doesn't !! just have to wait......sorry not much help....I say not much help ! can you hear me !"""! sorry couldn't resist !!!!!!

    Don't force it, you may hurt yourself.

    You need to follow the advice the others have given, but do it gently.

    You should also try yawning and swallowing, two more techniques that work.


    It should disappear in a day or two, don't worry.

    Hold your nose and keep your mouth closed and blow until you get popping or crackling in your ears. You may need to do this several times.
