im using 2gig memory card for my nokia 6288 phone, but i cant use the whole 2gig. i dont know why, it always says "NOT ENOUGH MEMORY" but if i check i still got 1 more gig left. why? what should i do? help?
There could be many reasons for this. Number 1 is that the phone is for some reason using part of the memory for something for its self if you know what i mean. Also, this happened with my friends 6280 (same software version) and it seemed that things kept saving, default, to her phone memory, so what i had to do is change the default storage location to the memory card. Its in the settings menu somewhere. Sorry i cant be more exact but it was a while go.
it must be a little more files which the mobile may not be scanning and may be hidden
or a virus fromm internet must be coverring that much of space
