should i feel bad if he didn't greet me for my bday after i greet him for his?

*info* his mad at me for not keeping a promised not to answer my ex calls...since then his been distance. but when i tried to end things w/us instead he ask for right timing..but still he neved communicate w/me..i'm assuming he scared to hear the word "goodbye"

about a month i greet him for his bday he sound happy to hear from me..but ofcourse he likes to bring up things(about my ex) should i be upset if he didn't greet me on my bday? advice pls?

if he is a true friend he would probably have remembered your birthday and said something about it, but if it bugs you he didnt say anything about your birthday then you should say something to him
