    (this is an old prank) how to turn off a cellphone using a text message....?

    ok back in 2000 i usto be into prank calling exc... with friends they sent me a text message that had a sound i think... (i rember that it only worked if the volume was on) any ways i guess it couldnt play the sound so my cellphone turned off... so ya any one could shed some light on how to do it.... i usto kno how to (mabie there is some type of file that is sent..) i dont think it was a virus or antying serious just a prank that truned off your cell phone....!
