Sprint Rumor Phone..what does"Error 7: Network timeout. Please try again mean?"?

Im trying to get into my Content Manager but it keeps telling me this timeout error thing. what does it mean & what can i do besides calling sprint?

You have to call Sprint. But you have to call from a different phone than your cell because you will be running several different debuggers. And make sure you have at least an hour to fix it.

Before you do that try shutting off your phone and removing the battery for 1 min then reinsert the battery and turn phone back on, proceed to use power vision. If that doesn't work use the first thing I typed.
