Looking for song - music video is of a circus with victorian twins?

Seen a music video want to know the song - is black and white video with shots of old style victorian circus ie scary ring master, midgets and twins dressed up in victorian dresses. Remember the twins fighting over a toy and when the chorus (or name of song) comes up the focus is on the twins. Sorry thats all the info I have.

Is a high pitched song like indie version of Ting Tings.
