Because in the UK they don't want you to have or use your imagination and enjoy yourself.YOU MUST BE A ROBOT FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT.It's ok if you have them off whilst driving
 
Different coloured lights have different legal means, blue lights are for emergency services only.
 
blue lights can only be used in the uk by emergency vehicles. its the only way other road users can make out an emergency vehicle
