It doesn't cost per minute it costs depending on how much data is transferred .At $0.01 per kb so the faster you open web pages the more it will be .
To give you an idea the medianet homepage is 8.5kb
Yahoo mobile home page is 6.5 kb
Msn mobile home page is 14.1 kb
