100m Sprint?

I'm not a particulary good sprinter, just looking to improve.

My time is around 12.6 and I'm wondering if any of you guys could give me a few tips to try an lower my time?

My start is very poor, whenever I'm racing in my high school, I find I'm last after 20 metres but then when I get to top speed, I usually am near the front.

Im 14 years old.

try running short distance like 40s or 50s as fast as u can n if u run da 50s try getting at least 5 seconds flat or faster. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!
