How Long Before Internet Flirting Becomes a Date?

I have been going back and forth with e-mails with someone for about a two weeks now. He seems very nice but has yet to ask me if I want to meet in person. We have exchanged alot of information about ourselves, family, work, etc. He always e-mails me back pretty quickly, so it is obvious he is a little interested anyway. I keep waiting, but no word. I, unfortunately, being one of those women will never ask a guy out first. Any thoughts on how to get the ball rolling quicker?

If he's hesitant there's a reason. He may have a girlfriend or isn't ready. Just be patient. Try to find out MORE about him. Ask questions that will cross reference the answers already given.
