I am trying to connect my wii through my internet at school. In order to do that I have to register my game console through the school's site. And in order to do this I must have an ip address. I have called the nintendo hotline and they said I have to be connected to the internet in order to get the ip address. So my question is how do I get the ip address with out being connected to the internet through the wii?
Internet connection with wii, at college, must have ip address for wii?

then go here

it will tell you your ip adress
