laptop charging problems,?

I had dropped my laptop and when i plug in my power cord it charges on and off rapidly ( the screen goes bright and dim), we sent in my computer to best buy 3 times, everytime they gave it back to us they said it was fixed, it never was. any suggestions?

Note: i have to bend the powercord to the side if i want it to keep charging.
