How do you get downloaded torrent files onto your xbox?

I downloaded a torrent of Dance Dance Revolution for my Xbox (not 360). It's done downloading but the files are all .rar. Do I just burn them to a CD/DVD and they'll work on my XBox? Should I extract them first? Arggh. Heelpp!
