Sprint Muziq Unlock Code?

My wife has a new phone and we are wanting to hard/factory reset this phone removing her information so we can sell it.

According to this website:

We need an unlock code so i can access the Security menu. I've called Sprint and got two different answers, one was to take it to a sprint store, the other was "we don't have those codes call LG".

I've tried the last four digits of our Social, Phone number, 1234, 0000 and nothing lets me into the menu i need.

Any assistance would be great, since like normal Sprints customer service is useless.
