how do i zoom into internet pages to read them better??

im trying to read an article about a movie and there is a heck of a lot of text

the problem is the article is written in white with font size no bigger than 8 (if using word document) which is against a black back ground

after reading one paragraph i feel like im going blind and straining my eyes to read it is giving me a head ache but i cant find any function to zoom in

im using windows XP and the old internet explorer (not sure of the number) but i know its not the new one.

please, how do i zoom in??
