Winnipeg Electronics?

I would like someone who actually lives in Winnipeg to answer please. I need electronic supplys I didn't really check out Canadian tire that much but home depot didnt have. I need LEDs and capsitors and circuit boards. Any help is appreciated also if you have a general price that would be even better.
