My phone has the Conference Call option, but when I try to do it, the first person just gets put on Hold and the second person can't hear then. How do I do it right? Is it 'cos I have to be on contract with O2 or something? Can I not make conference calls if I'm on PAYG? Any help is much appreciated, thank you.
