I've spent a lot of time shopping, and I need some experienced consumers help

I'm looking for a digital camera that meets these standards:
Decent amount of megapixels (4+)
Sound recording
Video mode
Under 100 bucks (and no, I don't mean 99.99!)
If you know of a website that sells good cameras or a particular model, please help....


I don't care if it's called a camera or camcorder as long it handles both still and video.
