My lg shine is locked up, plz help me.?

on my lg shine all it says is ouk blocked, and it has some yellow thing in the middle with and arrow pointing right, and all i can do is press emergency, and call 911, how do i unlcok it, plz help.

hopefully you didnt put in ne codes because if u did do that like 8 times or so you have to buy a new sim card because u locked the sim card up not the phone depending on ur cell phone provider u can go to a local store and buy a new one and if u have at&t for example you can go online if u have a wireless acoount and get the code if u didnt enter nething when it asked for codes
