...but CD's are readable. I can put in a CD and it will read just fine but as soon as I put in a DVD, it tries for about 20 seconds and then gives up. The light goes on and my cursor changes from a mouse to one with a little disk, as per loading a disk, but then of course it simply stops and will not even recognize it in "My Computer" Can anyone give me some advice in non technical terms?
