how can i buy cosmetic products/ dresses and other stuff from internet? plz help me.?

i mean to say there are many brands which are not available here.so i want to buy them through sites.

but i have never done it on internet so it will be helpful if u give me the neceesary detail.

i live in india so also plz tell me what would be the charges .

do they also ask for credit card no.. is it not possible if i pay them after getting the product.
