My 7th grade volleyball team is really about getting wound up in the beginning of a game! We only have like two good cheers that get really tiring! So please help with what you can!
 
okay we usually use this.:

pump,pump,pump it up!(captain)
pump,pump,pump it up!(team)
p-u-m-p pump it up!(captain)
p-u-m-p pump it up!(team)
keep keep keep it up!(captain)
keep keep keep it up!(team)
keep that______spirit up!(captain)
keep that _______spirit up!(team)

we do things like

for a serve
A - C - E! baby ace it for me ( players name ) ace it!
clap 4 times ( twice

R.E.D witha little bit of H.O.T
oh baby r.e.d red H.O.T hot
once we start we cant be stoped
( teams name ) cant be stopped!

bump
set
hit
spike
thats the way we like to fight
Go ( teams name ) go teams name
go go go (teams name)
 
We have these ones witch are pretty cool....

You gotta bump it to set it to spike it to score
You gotta want it to win it and we want it more
go ( team name)



and then this one:

Were number one not 2 not 3 not 4
were gonna win not lose not tie the score
were on top not bottom not in between
were the (team name) girls and were really mean
Goooooooo(team name)

Those are the ones we use now and i am on the grade 8 team and umm we use those now but last year when i was on the grade 7 team i used:

Bump set spike
thats the way we like to fight
GOOOOOOOOO 9 ( team name)

oh ya and when we get a point we go.... 123 (team name
and when we get a ace we go 123 ACE and touch the ground when we say ace and sometimes for ace we go 1234 everybody hit the floor ACE!

For an ace : KaBoom, (team) ACE, (Captain) What?, (team) ACE, (Captain) What?. (Whole team) A-C-E ACE, AAAAAAAAACE!!!

Before a game : (Spelling the team name. For example my team name is Limoges.)

It's an L and I and M, it's an O a G-E-S. Let's go, Limoges, Let's go Limoges, (Clap 10 times them stomp.

Captain: Show me how u get down low Team: OK Everyone: We stomp our feet and disco 2 the beat we turn around and touch the ground. Then we wiggle it jussst a little bit Oooaww Oooaw Wiggle it jusssst a little bit
 
our cheer we gett pumped up with before a game

we will we will rock you down shake you up like a volcano bout to erupt we are the (team name) here too stay we're gunna rock you night and day singen we will we will ROCK YOU ;;;; and we stomp the floor real hard after and during the cheer we all put our arms around each other and sway side to side..................
