if i have a sore throat and stuffy nose, and feel a little sick...Is it...

...ok to still work out? If I feel like i have a small cold is it ok to still work out like, do cardio work out and lift some weights? Or should I not do anything and let my body rest? I was thinking maybe working out could kill the cold, but maybe not? Thanks!
