anyone having problem watching abc.com video player full episodes?

everytime I click to watch any show on abc.com, I keep getting the same error message, "episode temporarily unavailable...try again another time. " Anyone else keep getting this error message? This has been going on for over a week. I never had problems viewing the full show episodes before. Also, how do I contact abc regarding this problem I can easily view the test video used to check if player is working properly.
Would appreciate any info.
