There's weird things on my dog!?

i don't know what they are but they're like this greyish white-ish bean looking and sized bugs! they're on the the colar of his neck. it's really creepy! when it was squished there was this purple dark liquid coming out of it!
what is it!
it's creepy! and i need to get it off my dog NOW!
he has alot on him!
