i have a report on Oklahoma due tomorrow and i have to have a picture of the most recent state lisense plate at a length of 7 1/2 in. and a width of 4 in. please help please not to blurry PLEASE

first of all i tried to google it but there not the right size umm i cant draw it i have to get it from the internet teachers rules not mine!
