Question about Blackberry Curve 8310...?

I need to be able to transfer photos, music, and video to my phone from my computer, and occasionally photos from my phone to my computer.. what exactly do I need to do this?

Looking online, think I need SanDisk 2GB MicroSD/TransFlash Card with SD Adapter but I'm not sure! I cannot even figure out where it plugs in to the phone or how it works! LOLOLOL

I would also like to get a Bluetooth headset!

Anyone know how either of these function and what I need?
