I installed honestech's VHS to DVD 3.0 deluxe, but it said the product key

was invalid. What do I do? I installed VHS to DVD 3.0 deluxe onto my Vista and also my XP to hope for better results, but whenever I type in the Product Key on the back of the envelope of the software it says that it was invalid. I installed extra drivers from the website, reinstalled it many times and retyped the product key numerous times but they same thing keeps happening. Help please!

I have had the same problem , when I type in the product key it says it is invalid , I am waiting for an answer from the company , you can conatct them on line and also call them , I don't have an answer but since it happened at least twice. let me know if you find a fix
