Heres the deal, I currently weight 195, and need to be 186 by May 20. So I have about 20 days to loose 10 pounds. That should be plenty of time.
I just was looking for suggestions from anyone on a good way to do this. Does the Cabbage soup diet really work? And what are the best exercises to help lose weight fast?
I dont care if im going to gain it back in the long run, im not looking for ways to keep weight off, so dont waste your time telling me this is unhealthy or whatever.
