Uncomfortable with moving?

OK i have been living in my current house for 7 years w/ my parents of course(im 14) and now they want to buy a new house, they already know which one they want, and they are gonna sign the papers tomorrow, the problem is, i feel VERY uneasy in the house and the lady selling it to us- just something about her i dont like, i wanna tell my mom this but i dont wanna ruin this for her-she loves the new house, What should i do?
