U.S players can play any region HD DVD Movie like terminator 2 from france i have bought one online and the T2 movie is a directors cut witch does not provide in the u.s

We only can play region 1. However, many things are made to play in all regions.

No...unless you have a multi region DVD HD player. Region 2 is Europe and UK and Region 1 is for the USA.
