well my cousin is accusing me of doin things to her when i was like 12. they have gotten child protective services involved and the cops. i don't know what she is talking about. my uncle doesn't want to press charges but things could happen because the cops are involved because she call cps. i don't know what to do, please give your advice also attorneys please give your professional advice. also i'm 18 now, if that makes any difference. also can they charge me as a adult when something that supposedly happened when i was 12? please help.
