How can you lose your voice overnight, particularly without screaming.?

lay upside down and cough for a long as you can, then drink lemon juice
then switch to screaming into a pillow for 5 minutes and drink some lemon juice

ok, hahaha right now im trying to loose my voice because i just really want to. but for some reason, the other morning i woke up and my throat hurt so i just caugh really hard and i like sing to really high pitched songs! its kinda helping me but im still searching for results. good luck to you and me!

drink some lemon juice,scream in ur pillow,then a lil bit of water,scream in pillow for as long and hard as u can!! then wait till the morning,and u should be hoarse,or have no voice at all hope i helped!! (: ~D.D.~

Cough a lot and talk as much as possible, your voice will be bad, if its still okay just fake it.

yeah i have the same question and nothin is woring for me ive been screamin for weeekss!!!! so i neeed to know how to lose my voice can you or any one help????
