can somone help me identify the rims that were on my old truck?

i need to no how to idontify the rims that were on my old truck can someone tell me how i got in a wreck and need 2 new ones
 
On the metal part of the rim next to the tire valve stem there is a coded 3 to 6 numbers or letters. If you have too, take the damaged rims to the salvage yard to identify and match.
