I am going on a high/low cardio routine, high for the first 10 minutes to get my heart rate up and then low (To burn body fat only) for the next 30-50 minutes.
I'm 23 years old, height is 6'2 and weight is 270.
Can I get a personal trainer, or someone who knows the numbers to tell me what my heart rate should be at for a low intensity fat burning cardio routine?
I'm thinking like 120-130? But I'm not sure!
