Do you think we are getting ripped off at the gas pumps by the pumps theirself? I

do-will explaim more later.? When I stop and fill my car up at the pump I have noticed that almost when I start the pump to start it is already at 59-70 cents, etc.,and I haven't even started pumping yet. I think the rules and regulations committee needs to investigate this matter. Do you? I think the Commissoner of Agriculture, who is Richie Farmer in Kentucky, is the one to contact if you suspect "foul play at the pumps". Anyone else having this same problem?

There should be posted somewhere on the gas pumps a little card that says it was inspected at a certain date and that it passed inspection. you can report it if you feel you are getting ripped off at the pump. Any gas station that violates these inspection laws will have to be shut down until fixed.

It is usually the hose filling. The person before lifted the hose to drain every last drop out. You could call, but that's what it is.

At every pump in the U.S there is a number to call if the meter is not at zero when begin pumping... Call it with the pump number and address...
    They will investigate
