did the 2 year old boy that was drowning in lake michigan survive?

He was in a stroller and the grandfather took him and like the wind pushed the stroller in the water. And he was underwater for like 15 minutes.
do you remember that story? that was like last week i think.

anyways i have been deeply praying for this boy everyday since then. I would just like to know if anyone knows if he is alive and like what condition he is in.
