I have canned corn that I want to cook on the stove, It is not frozen. Do I add water, and does it have to be boiling. How long do I cook it?

sad sad sad um the label on the can will tell u how to cook it still confused? check out some cooking books by martha stewart at your local library -Aaron

you dump it into a pot and just add 2 tablespoons of butter and let it cook for a few minutes but stir it continuously :DDD
and no water needed!

For your information, that is not true. At most all I've ever seen are microwave directions, or maybe a recipe for something more complex than just the corn. You should keep in mind that not everyone was lucky enough to have been taught how to cook, and instead of being a bully you should try to actually help them maybe.

To turtlelover thanks, that was very helpful.

You can get hold of Recipe Secrets compiled by a nationally famous author who has expertise in America’s leading restaurants’ secret recipes. These recipes are easy and simple to follow. They are quality tested and give exact details and measurements for each ingredient. You don’t have to waste time to search for the recipes only to be frustrated by the ones that are untested and disappointing.
