Okay so instead of starving, I've decided to try and make a healthy way to lose weight. 5'3", 14, 127lbs. (i have been working out for a year, but haven't lost weight bcuz i haven't been staying committed. Doc said 12lbs would be okay to lose.)
-I eat 1400-1600 calories a day.
My BMR is 1441 (the amounbt of calories I would burn if I was just lying in bed all day, awake.)
-I walk 30 minutes everyday with my dog.
I don't have a lot of time to exercise, and I REALLY HATE jogging in the hot and humid weather..I already have build some muscle from pervious workouts. So I just wana lose some extra fat.
How about 1200 calories a day? I'm the same height and pounds and that works for me.
