Hi if the iphone is locked to some other network provider then until you unlock it you can't use it with t-mobile sim ...If you want to unlock your iphone from network lock ..Then have a look at sites like MobileUnlockSolutions.com here they will unlock all model iphone using remote unlocking service for affordable cost .....
