WRONG>>>Tourist visas are not easy for a Filipino to get. They need to have alot of money in the bank This is to make sure they return to the PI. Otherwise there would be a zillion illegals in the country. Your best bet would be to go there to see her.

How old is she and you? What is your relationship, and what is your idea of bringing her to canada. Not such a good idea, It would be wiser for you to go there and stay at a hotel, and get to know her and her family.
